SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Clubs Kynor are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and United States federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

During promotional events, product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing may require additional time.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to eligible addresses shown during checkout.

Shipping availability, cost, and estimated delivery time depend on the destination, selected service, product, and carrier.

We may be unable to deliver to certain restricted locations, freight-forwarding addresses, hotels, military addresses, or post office boxes.

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

The estimated delivery timeframe displayed on the product page, advertisement, checkout, order confirmation, or tracking page is an estimate based on information available at that time.

Do not publish or advertise a delivery timeframe unless Clubs Kynor has a reasonable basis to expect that orders can be shipped and delivered within that timeframe.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, security inspections, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

Free shipping, when advertised, applies only to eligible orders, destinations, products, and shipping methods.

Expedited or premium shipping services may require an additional charge.

5. TRACKING

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.

Tracking may require up to 72 hours to display an initial carrier scan.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, suite, unit, postal code, and telephone number when required.

Contact contact@offkynor.com immediately to request an address correction.

We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

Additional shipping costs may apply when an order is returned because of an incomplete address, incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the package.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Clubs Kynor.

Customs processing may delay delivery.

8. DELAYED ORDERS

If we become unable to ship an order within the timeframe promised at the time of purchase, we will provide an updated shipping estimate and, when required by law, an opportunity to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

9. LOST PACKAGES

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms that a package was lost, contact contact@offkynor.com.

We may open an investigation with the carrier and request documents or confirmation from the customer.

A replacement or refund will be determined after reviewing the carrier’s investigation, available tracking information, delivery address, and applicable law.

10. PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED

When tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, customers should:

• Verify the shipping address;
• Check mailrooms, entrances, reception areas, garages, and other safe locations;
• Ask household members, building staff, or neighbors;
• Contact the shipping carrier;
• Contact Clubs Kynor promptly.

Each case will be reviewed individually. A refund or replacement is not automatically guaranteed when carrier tracking confirms delivery.

11. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package or product arrives damaged, retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and all contents.

Contact contact@offkynor.com within 7 days after delivery and provide photographs or videos of the damage.

12. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple products may be delivered in separate packages. Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean the remaining products were omitted.
