RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Clubs Kynor. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures for requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

1. RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 30 days after the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, labels, accessories, certificates, and promotional items.

Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or order number, is required.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before returning any item, contact us at:

Include your full name, order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and clear photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

After approving the request, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

3. FRAGRANCES, COSMETICS, AND PERSONAL-USE PRODUCTS

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, fragrances, cosmetics, and personal-use products may only be returned when they are unopened, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what was ordered.

This restriction does not limit any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery at contact@offkynor.com.

Please include photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and the reported issue.

After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Opened or used fragrances, cosmetics, or personal-use products;
• Gift cards;
• Personalized or customized products;
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase;
• Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, accidents, or normal wear;
• Free gifts or promotional items returned separately from the qualifying purchase.

6. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of preference, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or another reason not caused by Clubs Kynor.

When the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, Clubs Kynor will provide return instructions and may cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the entire order was defective, incorrect, or never shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Clubs Kynor is not responsible for unauthorized returns or return shipments lost before reaching the designated return location.

7. INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

After the returned item is received, it will be inspected. We will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after approval.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@offkynor.com.

8. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to obtain another item is to return the original eligible product and place a new order after the return is approved.

When an exchange is offered directly, availability is not guaranteed until the replacement is processed.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation by contacting contact@offkynor.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment. Once shipped, the order will be handled under this Return and Refund Policy.

10. PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, verify the delivery address, check around the property, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.

You should also contact us promptly so that we can review the available delivery information. A delivered tracking status does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement, and each case will be reviewed individually.
